This episode begins with the amazing story of Dr. Viktor Frankl – neurologist, psychiatrist, philosopher, Holocaust survivor, author, and founder of logotherapy (school of psychotherapy that describes a search for a life’s meaning as the central human motivational force).
I also share my own philosophy on making the most out of any circumstances – especially in difficult times. My philosophy is called Blessings and Lessons.
