Episode 13 – Conversation with Vickie Paprocki
In this episode, I speak with one of my absolute favorite people, the incredible Vickie Paprocki.
I asked Vickie to come onto the program to discuss her incredible story of recovery, and to share her message of hope, especially in time for International Overdose Awareness Day (IOAD). Vickie is a beacon of hope for folks who are actively in recovery, for folks that are seeking recovery, and for anyone who is caught in the throes of addiction and needing a light to guide them to a better way of life.
She talks about hope and believing in a power greater than herself, and how this can benefit anyone – not being rigid in what that power is, but having something to believe in. Vickie also shares about the importance of having a guide (sponsor) and a community (network), and how essential these are for success.
